30-day Return Policy

Orders shipped to US addresses (including HI, AK, and PR):
You are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery (according to your tracking number). If 30 days have passed since your products were delivered, we, unfortunately, can't offer a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be free of signs of wear or damage, and repackaged in the same manner and condition that you received it. If your return passes our inspection, you will receive a refund.

 

To initiate the return process, please send us an email at support@gleasonbrand.com. Please include the following information in your email:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for the return

 

Can I return my product for a refund if...

  • I dislike it
  • It was a gift and I/they don't want it
  • I changed my mind after opening it

Of course. As long as it is within 30 days of purchase and the product is in new condition (as above). Email us at support@gleasonbrand.com, and we'll initiate the process.
Note: You will be responsible for the return shipping on returned products. We cannot refund your original or return shipping costs.

 

What if I....

  • Lost the product
  • Damaged the product (still reach out if this happens, we may be able to help)

The answer to the above questions is no. We have to draw the line somewhere, so please use your best judgment when reaching out about refunds. We understand that things happen, but we do stand by our products and policies.

 

Orders shipped to addresses outside the US:
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns for orders shipped outside the US. All international orders are final sale.
