We offer Shop Pay installments. When you choose Shop Pay at checkout, you can split your purchase into 4 equal installment payments - with no additional, hidden, or late fees.

Payment options are offered by Affirm and are subject to eligibility check and might not be available in all states. California residents: Affirm Loan Services, LLC is licensed by the Department of Business Oversight. Loans are made or arranged pursuant to California Financing Law license.

It's as simple as it sounds. Orders shipped to US addresses can be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Our full return policy is linked in the footer.

Nope. The Spotlight includes EVERYTHING: the full Spotlight, two Dallas Lights, two magnetic Light stands, remote, and a phone camera mount. You just supply the camera. After you place your order, you'll have the option to add a separate DSLR mount if you want one.

Add additional Dallas Lights for fill lighting or if you don't need the functions of the Spotlight: product photography, overhead videography, ring light, or remote-controlled floor lamp.

Shipping will begin Fall 2024. Order now to be in Batch 1. When Batch 1 sells out, Batch 2 will ship 4-6 weeks later.

For US orders: Your spotlight will ship via UPS Ground in 4 separate boxes. Shipping times are 1-4 days for most of the contiguous US. Please allow an additional few days during peak times and inclement weather.

For international orders: see below.

If you don’t receive all 4 boxes at once, please allow an additional 2-3 days before contacting support@gleasonbrand.com. Occasionally, a box can get held up in shipping.

Unfortunately, orders outside the contiguous US (including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and all international orders) are ineligible for free shipping. You know how it is: large objects = higher shipping costs and we just can't make it free. The good news is you'll pay exactly what we pay to ship your order.

We have bad news and good news. The bad news: we can't offer international shipping right now.

The good news: we're actively vetting international shipping solutions. We will hopefully find one soon.

The backstory: The Spotlight ships in four boxes. Because of this, international shipping/duties/taxes currently cost hundreds upon hundreds of dollars. We refuse to charge you this much when there's likely a less-expensive solution out there. We just need to keep digging for it.
